THE SPORTS CLUB
A no profit organization of the University, the club organizes competitive sports, recreational sports and cultural activities with the goal of fitness and over-all well being for the entire University community.
Activities are designed to accommodate people with varied personal interests, physical abilities and leisure time.
The club operates teams which participate in
RECREATIONAL SPORTS CLASSES AN SERVICES
A plethora of courses offered to members including aerobics, stretching, body sculpting, spinning, general fitness, yoga, feldenkreiz, basketball, volleyball, soccer, table tennis, karate, aikido, weightlifting, holistic exercise, Karate, Krav Maga, Security Guard Courses and more.
Sessions are held in folk dancing, 60' dancing and disco. The club organizes dance festivals, fashion shows, sound and light shows, and lectures in topics such as music, history, architecture, art and travel.
For children, there are instructional classes like swimming, tennis, karate, judo, handball and many more, as well as recreational activities which include summer vacation day camps, movies, puppet shows and workshops in movement, drawing and painting.
SCHOOL FOR INSTRUCTORS
Diploma courses are held for Aerobic Instructors, Life guards as well as for Swimming Pool Managers and Sport Center Managers.
Studies are also held for Therapists in various fields of Alternative Medicine.
